Report Types

IntelliTrack organizes it's standard reports into types.

The various standard reports in IntelliTrack are listed in the sections that follow.

Asset reports organize asset data into useful information for your daily work flow; see "Asset Reports" for information on loading an asset report.

Lists the asset number by item number. For each asset, the asset number, item number, description, manufacturer, model, serial number, site, location, purchase date and purchase cost are also shown.

Lists the assets and displays the asset picture (if applicable) for the asset. For each asset, the purchase date, purchase cost, item number, description, manufacturer, and model are also shown.

Lists assets by category. For each category, the asset number, item number, description, manufacturer, model, serial number, site, location, purchase date, and purchase cost are also shown.

Lists the item number by asset. For each item number, the asset number, description, manufacturer, model, serial number, site, location, purchase date, and purchase cost are also shown.

Lists the assets by serial number. For each serial number, the asset number, description, item number, manufacturer, model, site, location, purchase date, and purchase cost are shown.

Assets by Site/Location

Lists the assets by site-location. For each site-location, the asset number, description, item number, serial number, purchase date, and purchase cost are shown.

Assets Moved

Lists asset moved transactions found in the given date range. For each asset, the asset number, description, purchase date, assignee, item number, manufacturer, and model are shown.

Assets Not Inventoried

Lists assets not inventoried in the given date range. The information shown in the report is asset number, item number, description, manufacturer, model, serial number, site, and location.

History by Asset

Lists the history transactions associated with the selected asset. The information shown in the report is: asset number, description, transaction date, transaction type, site, location, order number, username.

New Asset

Lists the new asset transactions in history in a given date range. For each asset in the report, the following information is shown: asset number, description, item number, transaction date, and username.

From Transaction Date/To Transaction Date

Retired Assets

Lists the retired assets in the database. For each asset the following information is shown: the asset number, item number, description, transaction date, and username.

Calibration and Maintenance Due

Lists the next calibration or next maintenance date for an asset.

 

Check In/Out Inventory Summary

Lists a check in/out summary for asset-type items. For each item, the description, amount of checked in assets, amount of checked out assets, and an asset total are shown.

Check In/Out Past Due

Lists assets that are checked out past the due back date. The past due assets are listed by assignee, assignee phone number, and item number. For each past due asset, the following information is shown: item number, asset number, serial number, due back date/time, check out date/time.

Check Out Receipt by Assignee

Lists the check out order number and corresponding username. For each check out order, the following information is shown: assignee, company name, item number, asset number, description, condition, check out date/time.

Checked In/Out Inventory Details

Lists the current state of assets that are checked out assets and checked in for each site and item number-description. For each checked out asset and each checked in asset, the following information is shown: asset number, serial number, location, next maintenance date, next calibration date, condition, comment, and assignee.

From Item Number/To Item Number

Checked In/Returned Items by Order Number

Lists checked-in assets and items returned in a check in order by order number and username. For each order, the following information is shown: assignee, company name, each item number in the order and each asset number checked in. For each item, the following information is shown: description, quantity, unit of measure, serial number, lot, and expiration date. For each asset, the following information is shown: item number, asset number, description, quantity, and unit of measure.

Checked Out Items by Assignee

Lists checked out items by assignee. For each assignee, items checked out are displayed by order number. The following information is shown for each order: the order number, each asset number in the order. For each asset in the order, the following information is shown: item number, description, check out date/time.

Checked Out/Issued Items by Order Number

Lists checked-out assets and items issued in a check out order by check out order and username. For each order, the following information is shown: assignee and company name. For each item in the order, the following information is shown: the item number, description, quantity, unit of measure, serial number, lot, and expiration date. For each asset in the order, the following information is shown: item number, asset number, description, quantity, and unit of measure.

Reservations by Assignee

Lists reservation by assignee. For each reservation, the following information is shown: assignee, phone number, reservation number, asset number, item number, description, site, location, reservation start date, reservation end date.

Depreciation by Asset

Lists the asset value based upon the total depreciation for the asset and the salvage value for the asset. For each asset, the asset number/description, purchase date, purchase cost, depreciation class, in service date, depreciation method, total depreciation, depreciation for the current month, total deprecation, and the salvage value.

Container Flag Report

This report summarizes container storage information for items at a site and a specified container range. If a site or container range is not specified, it lists container storage information for all containers.

For each container location, it lists the item number and description, alternate item number, unit of measure, on hand quantity and extended quantity for all container locations at the site(s) specified. Furthermore, it generates a bar code for the container name.

Container Summary Report

This report summarizes container storage information for items at a site and a specified container range. If a site or container range is not specified, it lists container storage information for all containers.

For each container location, this report lists the item number and description, alternate item number, unit of measure, on hand quantity and extended quantity for all container locations at the site(s) specified.

History by Date

Lists transaction history by date for the date range specified. if a date range is not specified, the report lists all history.

Report values include: site, transaction date, item number, username, transaction description, unit of measure, quantity, and balance.

From Transaction Date, To Transaction Date

History by Item Number

Lists transaction history by item number-description-alternate number-site for the item number specified. If an item number is not specified, it lists the history for all item numbers.

Report values include: transaction date, transaction type, order number, location, lot, expiration date, quantity, and balance at site.

Item Number

Inventory by Category

Shows the on hand quantity for the specified category at the specified site by item number. The report can be filtered by site and a from/to category range.

Report values include: site, category, item, item description, location, serial number, lot, expiration date, quantity, unit cost, extended quantity, and extended cost.

Inventory by Location

Lists the on hand quantity for the specified inventory at the specified site-locations. The report can be filtered by site, item number, and location range.

Report values include: site, location, item number, alternate number, description, lot, expiration date, and quantity.

Inventory Item Detail

Subtotals the quantity for each item at each location. The report can be filtered by site, item number, from/to location.

Report values include: site, item number, alternate number, location, serial number, lot, expiration date, unit of measure, unit of measure quantity, and extended quantity.

Inventory Reconciliation

Lists the quantity difference between the on hand quantity and the inventory quantity for each item by site-location. Also shows the date of the most recent inventoried count for each item, the unit cost, and the cost variance. This report will only have values for a site if the Immediate Count Updates setting is turned off in the site options.

Report values include: site, item number, description, location, unit of measure quantity, counted, inventory date, variance, unit cost, and cost variance.

Inventory Summary

For each item in the report, the Inventory Item Summary Report lists the total item quantity. This report may be filtered by a from/to item range.

Report values include: site, item number, description, alternate number, total quantity, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, and reorder quantity.

From Item Number, To Item Number

Item Detail

Lists item details for each item in the report. This report may be filtered by item number.

For each item in the report, the following information is shown: item number, alternate number, description, category, manufacturer, model, uses serial numbers, uses expiration dates, uses lots, asset item type, item picture, item unit or units of measure, unit of measure(s) each count(s), unit of measure quantity, extended quantity, and total quantity.

Reorder Report

This report filters items with inventory below the minimum quantity, lists the reorder quantity for these items, and totals reorder cost. This report may be filtered by a from/to site range.

Values in the report include items to reorder by site. For each item in the report the item number, description, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, on hand quantity, reorder quantity, unit cost, and total cost are displayed.

This report lists the new picking orders by division, and displays the following information about the order: order number, customer, user, order date, and due date. For each item in the order, the following information is displayed: item number, description, unit of measure, ordered quantity, shipped quantity, balance, comments, and transaction date.

Packing List

Creates a packing list for picking orders in the division. For each order, the ship to information is displayed along with the order number, order date, and ship date. For each item in the order, the item number, description, unit of measure, serial number, ordered quantity, and shipped quantity is displayed.

Picking Orders - Allocated

Lists the allocated picking orders by division and displays the following information about each order: order number, customer, user, order date, due date, ship date. For each item in the order, the following information is displayed: item number, item description, alternate number, unit of measure, ordered quantity, shipped quantity, balance, comments, and transaction date.

Picking Orders - Closed

Lists the closed picking orders in the division. For each order, the following information is displayed: order number, customer, user ID, order date, due date, and ship date. Picking Orders - Open

This report displays open picking orders in a division. The order number, customer, user, order date, due date, ship date are displayed. For each item, the item number, description, alternate number, unit of measure, ordered quantity, shipped quantity, order quantity balance, comments, and transaction date are listed.

Picking Orders - Past Due

Includes picking orders in the division that have any item balance past the order due date. For each order in the report, the order number, customer, user, order date, due date, ship date are displayed. For each item in the order, the item number, description, alternate number, unit of measure, ordered quantity, shipped quantity, balance, comments, and transaction date are displayed.

Picking Report With Barcodes

For each picking order included in the report, a barcode is loaded for the order number for each item in the order. For each order in the report, the site, order number, create date, due date, carrier, and ship to information is displayed. For each line item, the item, description, ordered quantity, actual quantity, and back-ordered quantity are displayed and the inventory information including location, serial number, inventory lot, expiration date and on hand unit of measure quantity are displayed.

The rapid check in/out report contains the rapid check in/out process barcodes on one 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper; see "Rapid Check In Out Report" for more information about loading this report.

If using IntelliTrack Assets, maintenance and calibration orders are displayed in this report if the user opts to view all Issues. A maintenance order or a calibration order will not have a customer associated with it.

Issues by Customer with Returns

For the customer, lists items returned for an issue order by issued quantity, returned quantity, net quantity, and if applicable, serial number, lot, and expiration date.

Lists returns by order number and by division. For each order, the customer, transaction date, and reference number (if applicable to the order) are displayed. For each item in the order, the site, location, item number, quantity, unit of measure, serial number, lot, and expiration date are shown.
